Sinclair Wilson are excited to introduce our new ATO SmartDocs mailing system. This system allows us to download all ATO mail on behalf of our clients and distribute it electronically.

What to Expect

When you receive electronic mail from the ATO, you will be notified via a text (SMS) message. The message will instruct you to log into your email account and use the 6-digit code provided in the text to access your mail. Please note that our system can only send mail digitally if we have your valid email and mobile number. If your contact details have changed, please reach out to our office to update your records.
