Our main focus with Statutory Audit clients is to undertake the regulatory and legislative requirements of completing the Audit and consequently providing the client with recommendations to improve their financial control procedures, financial performance and aspects of their record keeping.

We are able to undertake our review for the organisation as a whole or on a modular basis such as receivables, purchasing, sales, administration, fixed asset control or payroll.
Sinclair Wilson’s Assurance & Audit Division is also responsible for the Audit of more than 400 self-managed Australian Tax Office regulated superannuation funds. In undertaking these Audits, specific reference is made to the compliance and fund responsibilities to be adhered to by the trustees of the superannuation funds.
