Kane Grant is a Principal in Sinclair Wilson’s Accounting and Taxation group and is based in our Warrnambool office. Kane specialises in Business Structures and Capital Gains Tax (CGT) with an emphasis on CGT relief for small businesses. Kane has a diverse client base and also advises in the areas of Estate and Business Succession Planning. Kane holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA). Kane joined the firm in 2000 and became a Sinclair Wilson Principal in 2006.
