
Chantelle Saunders
Chantelle joined the Sinclair Wilson team in November 2025, bringing valuable administrative experience from across the government, healthcare, and not-for-profit sectors.
She holds qualifications in Community Services, Mental Health, and Criminal Justice, and is currently completing a Double Diploma in Human Resource Management and Business Operations.
In her role, Chantelle will support the team with a range of administrative duties, helping to strengthen processes and enhance efficiency across the office.
Outside the workplace, Chantelle is an active member of her community, supporting families and children in need. When she’s not contributing her time to others, she’s busy raising her four young children and enjoying the outdoors whenever she can. She also holds an Open Water Diver certification and, when the water is warm enough, she can often be found exploring the underwater world in her wetsuit too.
