Felicity Melican

Felicity is a Principal Accountant at Sinclair Wilson, leading the Audit & Assurance division from the Warrnambool office. She joined the firm in 1993 and, in 2001, became its first female partner. With more than 30 years of experience, Felicity delivers specialist audit and advisory services across both not-for-profit and for-profit sectors, working with charities, businesses, and clubs across diverse industries.

Known for her collaborative, strategic approach, she provides high-quality audits that add value through improved financial reporting, stronger internal controls, enhanced governance, and compliance.

Felicity’s community commitment is evident through extensive board service, including past roles with South West Healthcare (Life Governorship), Heatherlie Homes, Shipwreck Coast Tourism, Wunta Fiesta, South West TAFE, and Emmanuel College. She currently serves on the Board of Loved & Shared Inc. and is a Trustee of The A L Lane Foundation and The Thomas O’Toole Foundation.

She also leads Sinclair Wilson’s annual Christmas Wishing Tree campaign and, since 2016, has served as Deputy Chair of the Great South Coast Regional Partnership, recognising her leadership and contribution to regional development.
