Alisha Pitman

Alisha joined Sinclair Wilson in May 2022 and has since built a strong reputation for her thoughtful and solutions-focused approach to human resources. As the HR Advisor, she supports the firm’s people and culture initiatives, offering guidance on everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and policy development.

Alisha’s academic background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Management, majoring in Human Resource Management and Commercial Law. She is also an active member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional development and best practice in the field.

Known for her approachable manner and attention to detail, Alisha enjoys working collaboratively with staff across the firm to foster a positive and productive workplace environment. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and relaxing with a good book.
