Lead Audit and Assurance Principal at Sinclair Wilson’s Warrnambool office, specialising in providing advice and assistance to clients across many industries within the business sector including retail, services, finance, real estate, travel and agriculture, and within the not-for-profit sector including health, aged care, indigenous, and sport. Extensive experience in and passion for the not-for-profit sector, charities and philanthropic trusts and foundations, including financial accounting, and reporting and making application to the ACNC and the ATO on behalf of clients. Felicity leads an Audit team with expertise in statutory Audits, government acquittals, business and system reviews and compliance Audits for companies, incorporated associations, co-operatives and trusts.

Accreditations include being a Chartered Accountant (CA), a registered Company Auditor (ASIC), registered SMSF Auditor (ASIC), SMSF Specialist Auditor (Self-Managed Super Fund Association) and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Australia and New Zealand).

Felicity joined Sinclair Wilson in 1993 and became a Principal in 2001.
