Jeremy joined the firm in 2022 and brings a diverse corporate management background that includes professional services, residential property, utilities and aged care and retirement villages.

With a history of success that includes helping leading organisations improve revenue growth and profitability, Jeremy is an optimistic and expressive personality that can identify and implement workforce strategies to release unexpected synergies between people teams and ideas.

Adaptable and with an ability to pull apart existing configurations to create a better way of doing things, behavioural and transformational change outcomes that achieve short and long-term objectives within a dynamic and challenging landscape are met with enthusiasm.

A natural networker and communicator with a solution-selling orientation, Jeremy employs a strong service ethic as he looks to continually improve workforce and client experiences to increase value, sustain retention and drive growth.

Outside of work, he is President of the regional athletics club and coaches local athletes and teams in speed and power development, while at the same time jumps into the odd competition himself when the body lets him.
