Mark Robson is an Associate and the Human Resources Director of the Sinclair Wilson Group.

An Accountant by training, Mark has expanded his skills and knowledge to become Sinclair Wilson’s leading expert on human resource management and payroll administration.

He works with a large number of Sinclair Wilson’s clients to effectively and practically manage their day-to-day human resource needs, as well as routine payroll administration across a wide range of sectors.

Areas of expertise that Mark specialises in includes payroll administration via a number of software products, employment awards (interpretation of, and implementation of), Superannuation guarantee advice and calculations and WorkCover claim procedures.

The COVID-19 period has seen Mark work with a growing number of clients to ensure they legally and effectively manage their human resources obligations during industry shut downs and business decline.

Mark began his career with Sinclair Wilson in 2000.
