CLIENT SERVICE OFFICER – WARRNAMBOOL

Our fast paced and rapidly growing Mortgage Broking Division is seeking an experienced Client Service Officer to join its team.

Liaising with clients, solicitors, banks and other financial institutions, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional client service skills and attention to detail. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, who is a quick-thinker and fast to act when needed.

About the role

The Client Support Officer supports all aspects of mortgage broking including client contact, liaising with banks and solicitors, data entry and time-critical follow-up with all stakeholders.

The role is required to provide a high level of client services, administrative support, compliance and sales support to the Finance Brokers across the Mortgage Broking Division.

FINANCIAL PLANNER – 2 x POSITIONS – WARRNAMBOOL & COLAC

Rapid and sustainable growth of Sinclair Wilson’s Wealth Management division means we’re seeking two experienced Financial Planners; one is to be based at our Warrnambool office – officially Australia’s Most Livable City, located on Victoria’s spectacular Great South Coast. The other is in our Colac office, at the doorstep of the Otway Ranges and Great Ocean Road.

  • Have initiative and can work autonomously to ensure deadlines are met

Candidates must be ‘FASEA Ready’, or at least have a FASEA pathway approved by our in-house Compliance Manager.
