Manager, Human Resources

About the position:

Rapid growth of our group and an ambitious strategic plan for the future has led to the creation of a new Human Resources role, to build on the existing platforms, systems and processes we have established to date.

In addition to more generalist functions such as recruitment, entitlement and benefit management and day to day resource planning, we are seeking an appointee who will play play a central role in driving and rolling out exciting new strategic platforms designed to develop the firm’s people and culture.

As a reflection of the importance and challenges of such a role, it is anticipated any applicants will hold appropriate qualifications in HR or a related discipline and be able to point towards a minimum of five years’ experience in a senior HR related role, with a successful legacy.

The position will be based in our head office located in Warrnambool. Some travel will be involved to ensure full integration across our group.

Assurance & Audit – Senior Manager

Growth in our Audit Division means we are now seeking to add an experienced Audit professional to this team; a person who shares our dedication to our client base, our Group and its values.

About the role:

This is a Senior Manager Role, that provides a genuine pathway to Partnership for the right person who shows values and a work ethic that matches our own. The role will include:

  • Being accountable for a dedicated portfolio of Audit clients, including working directly on Audit delivery
  • Engaging with our current Audit clients to maintain and develop our relationships and service delivery
  • Identifying and undertaking business development opportunities in the communities we work in
  • Helping to engage and develop other professionals in our Group, who will undoubtedly benefit from your range of experience and proven expertise.
  • Have the opportunity to undertake consultancy work in business assessment, business systems, data analytics, etc both internally and externally

About you:

The ideal candidate will be an Audit professional with at least seven to 10 years’ experience in the Audit field.

CA or CPA-qualified, you will have a demonstrable work ethic and success as a Senior Auditor, honed via your discernible problem-solving and analytical skills.

You will have experience managing an Audit team, enhanced by your well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal.

You will have contemporary skills in the undertaking of financial and performance Audits

You will be looking for a role in which you can utilise your breadth of skills and experience to create the successful and satisfying role you dream of.

  • Have completed their CA or CPA professional qualification
  • Have demonstrated experience researching complex matters
