PERSONAL ASSISTANT – WARRNAMBOOL

About the Position:

An exciting opportunity exists for a suitably experienced PA with excellent communication skills and a professional attitude, to join our large and progressive accounting practice situated in Warrnambool on a full-time basis.

The successful applicant will join an established team of PAs, providing direct support to the Partners, Accountants and other members of the Administration team as required. Experience in a legal or accounting practice, together with knowledge of ASIC regulations and Company secretarial procedures, would be advantageous, but not essential.

Rapid and sustainable growth of Sinclair Wilson’s Wealth Management division means we’re seeking two experienced Financial Planners; one is to be based at our Warrnambool office – officially Australia’s Most Livable City, located on Victoria’s spectacular Great South Coast. The other is in our Colac office, at the doorstep of the Otway Ranges and Great Ocean Road.

About the role

As a Financial Adviser, you will work closely with Sinclair Wilson team, providing holistic and integrated advice to clients across the group, including;

  • Strategic superannuation planning

  • Portfolio construction
  • Risk management

Working with a leading stockbroking firm and in-house paraplanning and administrative team, the Sinclair Wilson Group provides its people with outstanding support to deliver a premier service to its clients.

About you

Strong people skills are essential to these roles. Each successful candidate will be advising a broad range of clients including salary employees, business owners and high net worth individuals – both new and existing.  It is vital that you:

  • Have a client-centric approach to your work
  • Understand the individual needs of your clients
  • Can effectively communicate appropriate strategies to support clients’ short and long term financial goals
  • Have initiative and can work autonomously to ensure deadlines are met

Candidates must be ‘FASEA Ready’, or at least have a FASEA pathway approved by our in-house Compliance Manager.

As a member of a self-licensed firm, the successful candidates will have the opportunity to provide unbiased advice on a transparent fee for service basis.
