Bill Sinclair
Founding Partner

Bill Sinclair remains the doyen of the accounting community of Western Victoria.  Having co-founded the practice of Sinclair Wilson in 1949 he laid the foundations of skill, hard work and professionalism that the firm has been built on.  A successful farmer and one of the best golfers Warrnambool has seen, at 92 Bill continues to display his versatility and total engagement with life by still frequenting his office at Sinclair Wilson most days. Bill Phillpot
Consultant & Former Chairman

Bill Phillpot is now a Consultant to the Partnership within the Warrnambool Sinclair Wilson office.  Since retiring from the Chairman role and becoming a Consultant in 2007, Bill has predominantly been involved in philanthropic work.  He has helped raise over $3.5 million to go towards new equipment funding in the South West Health Hospital in Warrnambool. Bill’s career with Sinclair Wilson started in 1962 and he then soon joined the Partnership in 1964. Bill then went on to be the Managing Partner for 30 years until his retirement in December 2007.  Bill instilled his vision into the firm to provide clients with a full range of accounting and financial services in a location close to them.  Bill’s influence on Sinclair Wilson is still present today as we now have office locations throughout south-east Australia offering a diverse range of specialist accounting and financial advice.

Les Batchelor
General Manager of Investment Services

Les Batchelor is the General Manager of Sinclair Wilson Investment Services, the financial planning division of Sinclair Wilson. Sinclair Wilson Investment Services is the holder of an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL), in his capacity as General Manager Les is responsible for administration and compliance of the AFSL and also provides specialist services to high net worth clients. Les is an Associate of the Financial Planning Association of Australia and also holds a Diploma in Financial Services (FP).  Les joined Sinclair Wilson Investment Services in 2001.

Bob McMillan
Investment Services Finance Manager

Bob McMillan is the Finance Manager of Sinclair Wilson Investment Services in the Warrnambool office.  Bob specialises predominantly in leasing and mortgage broking. He is able to provide a range of practical finance solutions whether you are buying a home, constructing one, refinancing your current property or require funds for any worthwhile purpose.  Bob also provides businesses with a wide range of leasing solutions to help them operate to their ultimate capability.  Sinclair Wilson Investment Services are holders of an Australian Credit Licence (ACL) and Bob holds the Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking).  He has over 25 years experience in the industry and has been with Sinclair Wilson since 1985.

Anna Moloney
Accounts Manager

Anna Moloney is the Accounts Manager of Sinclair Wilson and is based in the Warrnambool office.  Anna is responsible for the overall smooth operation of the Accounts Department. She manages the billing requirements across all our offices.  Since starting with Sinclair Wilson in 1986, Anna has been significantly involved with the firms growth during this time.

Brad Griffin
Information Technology Manager

Brad Griffin is the Information Technology Manager of Sinclair Wilson and is based in the Warrnambool office.  Brad ensures that the IT infrastructure of the firm is running effectively at all times.  He is also able to provide our clients with support on most software applications.  Brad has been working for Sinclair Wilson since 1998.
