Leo D’Cruz is the Practice Manager for Sinclair Wilson and is located in the Warrnambool office.  As the Practice Manager, Leo ensures that the firm functions smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis.  He also assists with the recruitment, development and management of the staff.  Leo is a Certified Practising Accountant (FCPA) and joined Sinclair Wilson in 1978.

Keith Mcleod is an Associate in the Accounting and Taxation group at Sinclair Wilson’s Warrnambool office.  Keith’s clients benefit from his diverse knowledge on retirement and estate planning.  Keith also has a thorough understanding of the taxation arrangements for earning foreign income and those who are tax payers whom are not residing in Australia.  Keith is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree.  Keith has been with Sinclair Wilson since 1989.

Rachel Crothers is the Associate of the Rural Management division within Sinclair Wilson's Warrnambool office.  Rachel’s clients are mostly within the primary producer industry, in particular dairy and beef farmers.  She specialises in tailoring their business budgets and finance submissions to maximise their profit and overall business success.  Rachel holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Science and a Diploma of Business and has been with Sinclair Wilson since 2003.
